EDGAR B. YOUNG, son of MARY HELEN MCDILL and AUGUSTUS BLAIR YOUNG, was born in November, 1875 in Indiana, and died September 12, 1906 in Palo Alto, Santa Clara, California.³⁸⁹³

The Post, to be edited by E. B. Young, son of Attorney A. B. Young, will make its initial appearance in Pomona Saturday week, and thereafter to be published upon that day of the week. Ed, though a young man of "tender" years, has had considerable experience in newspaper work for one of his age, and it is to be hoped that he will make a success of his venture into newspaperdom.
