RUFUS SCOTT MCCLUNG, son of MARY ELIZABETH SCOTT and WILLIAM T. MCCLUNG, was born August 11, 1839 in Indiana,³⁹ and died March 15, 1861 in Rochester, Fulton, Indiana.^{276, 39} He is buried in Mount Zion Cemetery, Rochester, Fulton, Indiana.^{25, 456}
