PERU—Charles M. Brock, 72 of Greentown, formerly of Peru, died at his home at 9 p.m. Tuesday following five months' illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at the Mast and Pickett funeral home in Greentown. Burial will be in the Greentown Cemetery.
Born in Peru, Nov. 24, 1887, he was the son of Elias E. and Clara (Huddleson) Brock. On Feb. 19, 1910 he married Sadie M. Stambaugh in Peru.
He lived near Santa Fe for several years before moving to Greentown on March 1, 1924. He was an employe of the Nickel Plate Railroad.
Survivors include the widow, a son, Glenn, and a grandson, all of Greentown; a brother, Roy of Peru; four sisters, Mrs. Nora Chambers and Mrs. Eva Draving, Peru; Mrs. Aline Smith, Hilton, Ill.; and Mrs. Lulu Behoy, Peoria, Ill.

GREENTOWN — Mrs. Sadie M. Brock, 213 N. Green St., died at 6:30 a.m. Thursday in her home following a three-week illness.
Born Sept. 7, 1891, she was married to Charles M. Brock, who preceded her in death Feb. 16, 1960.
She had lived in Greentown since 1924.
Surviving are one son, Glen Brock, Greentown; one grandson and a sister, Mrs. Hazel Bitner, Ferndale, Mich.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Pickett Funeral Home here with the Rev. Robert Roe officiating. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday.
