Conger Funeral Friday At 1 p.m.

Funeral services for Mrs. Adna Frazier Conger, 66 who died Tuesday in a Salt Lake City hospital after an operation will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. at the Tremonton Third Ward chapel. Bishop George Stenquist will be in charge.

Friends may call at the family home from 10 a.m. until time for the service and burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery.

Mrs. Conger was born Feb. 18, 1888 in Jewel County, Kansas, a daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Hall Frazier. She came to Tremonton with her parents in 1901 and has lived here since then with the exception of two years at Collinton.

She married Warren Robert Conger Dec.31, 1909 in Brigham City.

A member of the L. D. S. Church, she served as a Relief Society teacher.

Surviving are her husband and the following sons and daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Ione) Larsen, Mrs. Marvin (Merle) Stenquist, Leo R. and Leon H. Conger, all of Tremonton; Mrs. Roger (Ara) Nielson, Garland; Arthur B., Brigham City; Major Warren E. Conger with the airforce at Warner Robin, Georgia; Lt. Harold S. Conger with the Navy at St. Louis, Mo., O. Keith Conger, Des Moines, Iowa; Lisle M. Conger, Seattle, Wash.; also 32 grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters, Buel S. Frazier, Columbus, Nebraska; Mrs. Ara Miller, Ogden; Mrs. Celeste Martin, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Martha Rauber, Farmington; Mrs. Fern Moore, Tremonton; Mrs. Betty Johnson, Klamath Falls, Ore.

Warren Robert Conger

Warren Robert Conger, 89, of Tremonton, died at the home of a daughter Friday in Tremonton of natural causes.

He was born July 25, 1883, in Rooks county, Kan., a son of David and Sara Ella Coombs Conger. He was reared and educated in Kansas and came to Utah in 1909.

He married Edna Frazier on Dec. 31, 1909, in Brigham City. She died in March of 1954.

He lived in Collinston before moving to Tremonton in 1917.

He had served as secretary to the South Tremonton Irrigation Ditch company. He was a high priest in the Tremonton LDS Third ward.

Surviving are six sons, three daughters, Warren E. Conger, Salt Lake City; Harold S. Conger, Portland, Ore.; O. Keith Conger, West DeMoines, Iowa; Lisle M. Conger, Seattle, Wash.; Leo R. Conger and Leon H. Conger, both of Edmonds, Wash.; Mrs. Wayne (Ione) Larsen and Mrs. Roger S. (Ara) Nielson, Tremonton; Mrs. Henry (Merle) Meyer, Idaho Falls, Idaho; 41 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, and 14 step-great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are one sister, two half-brothers, three half-sisters, Mrs. Andrew (Louella) Hawks, Rock Springs, Wyo.; Enos Conger, Price; Ernie Conger, Tremonton; Mrs. Arthur (Fern) Brown, Roy; Mrs. Madge Doggett and Mrs. Gladys Lester, both of Sun Valley, Calif.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday in the Tremonton LDS Third ward chapel.

Interment was in Riverview Cemetery in Tremonton.
