OGDEN—Perry Yoder, 51, sho had resided at the Yellowstone hotel, 286 Twenty0fifth street, for some time, died Sunday at 5 a.m. in an Ogden hopsital as a result of a skull fracture received during an altercation on lower Twenty-fifth street early Wednesday morning.
Police Sunday afternoon were asked by County Attorney John A. Hendricks to arrest H. M. Ham, 60, also of the Yellowstone hotel, as the man who alledgedly knocked Yoder to the sidwalk during was police declared was a drunken brawl.
mr. Hendricks said he would order an inquest for some time Monday to determine the cause of death, and aid in determining what action will be taken in the case of Ham. Yoder was taken to his hotel room after the fight, but the attending physician ordered him taken to the hospital about 25 hours later.

TREMONTON — John William Miller, 70, died yesterday at the family home here after a two-month illness.
He was born May 19, 1881, in Fayette, Ohio, the son of Andrew and Barbara Meister Miller. He came to Tremonton in 1906 and has resided here since.
Mr. Miller was a member of the Methodist Church, the Modern Workman lodge, and the Odd Fellows.
On June 2, 1925, he was married to Ara Frazier Yoder in Ogden.
Surviving are the widow, Tremonton, the following sons and daughters: Billy F. Miller, John Wesley Miller and Mrs. Marilyn Cox, all of Tremonton, and Mrs. Ann Bird, Salt Lake City; two step-sons, Jack Yoder, Tule Lake, Calif., and Sgt. Deane Yoder, Ft. Lewis, Wash.; six grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Ferd Schmied, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lydia Ebersole, Northville, Mich.; Mrs. C. F. Dennis, Morenol, Mich., and Mary Gigax, Fayette, Ohio.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at two p. m. in the Methodist church by Rev. Guy V. Wilson. Friends may call Friday from six to nine and Saturday after ten a. m. at the Rogers mortuary in Tremonton.
The family requests no flowers.
Burial will be in Riverview cemetery directed by the mortuary.
