Cards have been received at Old Orchard, announcing the wedding of W. Warren Harmon of the Harmon Realty Co., Old Orchard, and Miss Grace Richardson Wales, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hayden Wales of Manchester, N. H., which took place in that city Wednesday, June 1.
Mr. Harmon needs no introduction at Old Orchard or in the two cities, and hearty felicitations are extended by his many friends to him and his bride.
They will reside at 17 Longwood avenue, and will be at home after the first of July.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH—W. Warren Harmon, 87, a resident of 4 Portland Ave., this community, died in a Portland hospital Tuesday following a brief illness.
Born in St. Johnsbury, Vt., Aug. 8, 1886, he was the son of William G. and Adele (Hovey) Harmon. He was a civic leader, real estate broker and banker in the local area for many years. He graduated from the University of Maine.
He came to this area as a young man and was a veteran of World War I, serving with the U.S. Army Signal Corp. He owned and operated Harmon Realty Co. here for many years and at the time of his death was vice president of Saco-Biddeford Savings Institution. He and his wife formerly operated the Sea View Inn, here. He was a charter member and past commander of C. Fayette Staples Post, American Legion; a 50-year member of Orchard Masonic Lodge AF and AM and a member of the Unitarian Church, Saco. He was a charter member of both the Biddeford-Saco and Old Orchard Beach Kiwanis Club.
He was a state finance officer for the Eight and Forty Club for several years and for many years was the town meeting moderator. He was a former town treasurer and was very active in the local historical society. In the early 1900s he became the leader of the first boy scout troop here.
His wife, the former Grace Richardson Wales, died in 1966.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at the Old Orchard Beach Funeral Home, 36 Portland Ave., here. Interment will be in the family lot at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Saco.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
