COX—Omar Cox, age 66 of 434 Winona Lane, Springfield, passed away at his home on Jan. 25th. He was born in Stayton, Oregon, Feb. 23, 1883. Has been a resident of Springfield for the past 4 years. Living formerly in Raymond, Washington. He is survived by: one son, Wilbur of Springfield; three grandsons, Gary, Larry and Loren of Springfield; one brother, Harry, Council, Idaho; three sisters, Grace Rinehart, Hawthorn, California, Hazel Hannah, Raymond, Wash., Ida of Boise, Idaho. Funeral services will be held at Bartholomew-Buell Chapel, Monday, Jan. 30, at 2 P. M. Reverend Claud O'Brian officiating with interment at Mount Vernon Cemetery.
