JASPER, Ore., Aug. 14— Word has been received of the marriage of Miss Hazel Hills, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hills, of this place, and Dr. Hayley Norris, of Raymond, Wash., where Miss Hills had been working. Her sister, Mrs. Homer Cox, also resides there. Her husband is a prominent physician there.
