Enola Couple Honored On Wedding Anniversary

ENOLA, April 21.—A surprise party celebrating the 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lautsbaugh was tendered them recently by their children at the Lautsbaugh home, Lancaster avenue. The party was given by Mr. and Mrs. Warren Lautsbaugh, Mr. and Mrs. John Comp, Richard Lautsbaugh, and Miss Delores Lautsbaugh.

Mr. and Mrs. Lautsbaugh were married April 17, 1923.

Guests present were: Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sheaffer, Mrs. Sidney Sheaffer and Charles Knerr, all of Harrisburg; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Benner and Mrs. Robert Comp, of Shermansdale R. d. 1, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Weaver, of Mechanicsburg R. D. 4.

SAMUEL K. LAUTSBAUGH

ENOLA—Samuel K. Lautsbaugh, 52, of Lancaster avenue, West Enola, died early yesterday at his home.

Prior to his illness he was an employe of the Beetem Lumber Company. He was a member of the Enola Church of God, and was an honorary member of the Shamrock Fire Company of Harrisburg.

Surviving are his wife, Hazel M. Weaver Lautsbaugh; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Comp of Mechanicsburg R.D. 4 and Miss Delores June Lautsbaugh, at home; two sone, Richard K. and Warren K., both at home; four sisters, Mrs. Ella Bowersox of Linglestown, Mrs. Anna Weaver of South Enola, Mrs. Eva Hartman of Mechanicsburg R. D. 4, and Mrs. Sidney Shaffer of Harrisburg; a brother, Charles R. of Colonial Park, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the funeral home at 324 Hummel avenue, Lemoyne. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery.

Mrs. Lautsbaugh

ENOLA—Mrs. Hazel M. Lautsbaugh, 59, died yesterday at her home on Lancaster Ave. She was the widow of Samuel K. Lautsbaugh and an employe of the state Property and Supplies Department.

Mrs. Lautsbaugh, who was a member of the Enola Church of God, is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John Comp, Mechanicsburg R. D. 4, and Mrs. John Schreiber, Camp Hill R. D.; two sons, Richard K. and Warren K., both of Enola, four sisters, Mrs. William Kling, Mechanicsburg, Mrs. Sara Shaffer and Mrs. John Pardoe, both of Harrisburg, and Mrs. Ralph Zeigler, Marysville; two brothers, Jacob Weaver, Carlisle R. D. 3, and Frank Weaver, Harrisburg; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home at 324 Hummel Ave., Lemoyne, with the Rev. Ira Kiner officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow after 7 p.m.
