65, of rural Warsaw died Tuesday in Lutheran Hospital.
The Warsaw native was owner of Minear's Antiques, a veteran of World War II, Kosciusko County Sheriff's deputy for five years, founder of the National Appaloosa Pony Register and past national Appaloosa judge.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara; a daughter, Sherri Goldsberry of Indianapolis; a son, Daniel of Warsaw; brothers, James of Chicago and Thomas of Warsaw; and four grandchildren.
Services are 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in First Presbyterian Church, Warsaw, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling is 3 to 9 p.m. today in Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.
