SON OF FORMER K. C. PROSECUTOR IS DEAD

KANSAS CITY, May 4—(UP)—Relatives here were informed today that Charles B. Orr, 29, a son of former Prosecuting Attorney Cameron L. Orr, had died in Los Angeles. Orr attended Kemper Military Academy at Boonville and was a graduate of the University of Missouri.

Tooth Infection Is Fatal to the Former Kansas Citian

Charles B. Orr, 29 years old, a son of the late Cameron L. Orr, former prosecuting attorney, and a nephew of Charles A. Orr, Republican leader, died from a tooth infection yesterday in Los Angeles.

Born and reared in Kansas City, Mr. Orr attended Central high school here, went to the Kemper Military academy, and was graduated from the University of Missouri. Until December 1, 1936, he was employed by the Campbell-Taggart corporation. Last December he moved to Los Angeles, where he became advertising manager for the Auto News, a trade journal.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Cameron L. Orr, and a sister, Miss Harriet Jean Orr, both of 5411 Holmes street, and four uncles, Charles A. Orr, 5604 Kenwood avenue; A. H. Orr, Mount Leonard, Mo.; J. F. Orr, Springfield, Ill., and J. D. Orr, Boise, Idaho.
