Irene Mary Ries was born May 24, 1922, in North Bend. A homemaker, she lived in the Portland area for about 20 years.
Survivors include her sons, Howard R. Baker, Edward "Mo" Baker and Dean W. Baker; daughter, Lois I. Dillard; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
