JESSE HERNDON ROCK, son of ANNA WITHERSPOON and CLAUDE HERNDON ROCK, was born July 28, 1908 in La Salle County, Texas,¹⁴⁸⁶ and died September 17, 1977 in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas.¹⁴⁸⁶ He is buried in Cotulla West Cemetery, La Salle County, Texas.⁴⁵⁶

He married MARGARET FRANCES WALLACE. She was born December 1, 1902 in Texas,⁴⁵⁶ and died June 13, 1978 in Cotulla, La Salle, Texas.⁴⁵⁶ She is buried in Cotulla West Cemetery, La Salle County, Texas.⁴⁵⁶

Jesse H. Rock

COTULLA — Jesse H. Rock, 69, of Cotulla, died Saturday in a San Antonio hospital after a long illness.

He was a livestock inspector with the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Among the survivors is a stepson, Wallace Reeves of Corpus Christi.

He is also survived by his wife, Margaret; and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Sally Jennings, both of Cotulla; a brother, Claude H. Rock Jr. of Clyde; and a sister, Mrs. Lucile Rock Hardin of Tynan.
