ROWLAND, PAULINE F., 92, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (May 31, 1996) at Arbors at St. Petersburg. She came here most recently in 1969 from her native Pittsburgh. In the 1920s, she owned and raced greyhounds in St. Petersburg with her late husband, Max Rowland, then worked for the city of Pittsburgh's treasurer's office for 35 years. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia R. McCutcheon, Seminole; a brother, Paul H. Franklin, Beaverton, Ore.; three sisters, Cornelia Donahue, Jacksonville, Kathryn Lew, St. Petersburg, and Patricia McGuire, Harpers Ferry, W. Va.; and four grandchildren. Abbey Parklawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, Palm Harbor.
