Charles T. Rucker, 91, of Tempe, a retired airline mechanic, died Sept. 11, 1999. He was born in Blackwater, Mo., and was an Army Air Corps veteran. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Moose. Survivors include his daughter, Constance Rae Bentzer; son, James; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mass: 10 a.m. Thursday, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1815 E. Gemini Drive, Phoenix. Lakeshore Mortuary.
