Nellie Scudder Files For Divorce
An Okmulgee woman sought a divorce yesterday from her husband of almost 34 years.
Nellie Scudder filed the suit against Walter Scudder in district court. She charged habitual drunkenness.
She asks judgment for property located at 641 and 641 1/2 South Morton, the furniture, car and an equitable division of all other property acquired by them.
She also asks a court order restraining him from molesting her in any way, attorney fees and costs of the action.
The couple was married Oct. 2, 1917.
Tom Payne is attorney for the plaintiff.

NELLIE M. SCUDDER
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Buchanan Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Nellie M. Scudder, 941 South Martin, who died Monday at her home. Rev. Rick Gibbs will officiate.
Interment will be in the Miami, Okla. cemetery under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home.
Mrs. Scudder was born March 31, 1895 and was a longtime bookkeeper for Ball Brothers.
Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Jean Bowyer, Midwest City, and Mrs. Gwendolyn Hudson, Wichita, Kan.
