BRIDE IS FROM ALLIANCE

And the Groom From Baltimore—Pleasant Wedding On Thursday Evening

At the residence of H. Clay Ferguson, 1113 North Market street, Mr. Albert V. Stanley, of Baltimore, Md., and Miss S. Elizabeth Beardsley, of Alliance, were married by Rev. Ferguson, Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock.

The father of the bride and a few immediate relatives were present at the marriage ceremony. The young couple will reside in Baltimore for the present, where the groom is a teacher in the reformed school. The bride is a member of the Alliance Presbyterian church and is well and favorably known in Canton social circles.

MRS. A. V. STANLEY

Mrs. Elizabeth Stanley, 71, wife of A. V. Stanley, died at 9:20 p. m. Thursday in the Alliance City hospital. She was well known here.

Mrs. Stanley was a charter member of the Daughters of Veterans, Tent No. 2, the Rebekah lodge and the Presbyterian church of Alliance.

Surviving are her husband, Albert; two sons, George V., at home, Lyman J. of Columbus and two grandchildren, William and Sally Ann Stanley.

The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p. m. Saturday at the Alliance Presbyterian church.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p. m. Saturday at the Cassaday & Turkle parlors in Alliance.
