DOROTHY ELIZABETH SUTHERLAND, daughter of BESSIE WILKINSON and DR. JUSTUS SUTHERLAND, was born December 23, 1905 in Brodhead, Green, Wisconsin,⁴⁶⁵³ and died March 22, 2000 in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.⁵³⁶⁵ She is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh, Winnebago, Wisconsin.⁴⁵⁶

She married PHILLIP ROSSITER LAMAY on June 28, 1935 in Madison, Dane, Wisconsin.⁸⁵⁵⁷ He was born July 17, 1897 in Manawa, Waupaca, Wisconsin,¹¹⁶⁸³ and died December 22, 1969 in Oshkosh, Winnebago, Wisconsin.¹¹⁶⁸³ He is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh, Winnebago, Wisconsin.⁴⁵⁶

ANNOUNCE MARRIAGE

Dr. and Mrs. Justus Sutherland announce the marriage of their daughter, Dorothy E. Sutherland, to Philip R. LaMay, 88 Oakland avenue. The ceremony took place last evening at Madison at the parsonage of the Presbyterian church. The young couple will reside in that city. Mr. LaMay is an accountant with the B. E. Buckman Investment company, of Madison.

Phil LaMay

Phil R. LaMay, 72, of 1344 Ontario St., died Monday at 9:30 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center. He had been ill six days.

He was born in Manawa on July 71, 1897, and was married in Madison to Miss Dorothy Sutherland on June 28, 1935.

Mr. LaMay had been employed as an accountant at Radford Co. before retiring six years ago. he was a member of First Presbyterian Church, elder in the church, member of Fond du Lac Masonic Lodge and 32nd degree Mason.

Surviving are his widow, Dorothy; one brother, Paul LaMay, Amherst; and one sister, Mrs. Lester Schier, Milwaukee.

Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Konrad Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lowell M. McConnell, pastor of First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A memorial has been established, to which friends may contribute.
