A marriage license was granted this morning by County Clerk Bloomer to Claude Weimer, a farmer of this county, son of William Weimer, also a farmer of this county, and Eva Kessler, a teacher, daughter of Charles Kessler a farmer of this county.

Mrs. Nettie Weimer, aged 25 years, wife of Claude Weimer, a prominent young farmer of two miles northwest of Jalapa, died at her home Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from a complication of diseases. Mrs. Weimer was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Garst of northwest of Jalapa and was a most highly respected young woman. She is survived by her husband, parents and a brother and sister.
Mrs. Weimer had been treated in the Marion hospital and in hospitals in Chicago during the last few years, in effort to obtain relief from her ailments and no pains or expenses were spared by her husband and family to obtain for her the attention of the best medical and surgical experts.
The funeral of Mrs. Weimer will be held Wednesday at 10:30 o'clock from the Poplar Grove church. Interment will be in the Vernon cemetery.

Funeral services for Claude W. Weimer, 75, Akron, who died Monday evening were be held at the Hoover-Miner Funeral Home at Wabash Wednesday.
Survivers are: one daughter, Mrs. Frederick E. Rakestraw of Akron; one son, Paul K. Weimer of Princeton, New jersey; tow brothers, Ellsworth Weimer of Wabash and Glenn Weimer of Clearwater, Florida; and six grandchildren.
