Death of an Esteemed Lady.

GILROY, February 21st.—Mrs. Grace M. Willey, mother of Justice Willey of Gilroy, and related to Hon. Judge Briggs of Pacific Grove, died yesterday at the advanced age of eighty-three. A large number attended the obsequies to-day. The lady was much beloved and respected.
