Before an improvised altar trimmed with gladioli, Miss Evelyn Bailey, daughter of Mrs. Roy W. Bailey, 700 South First ave., and Conrad Anderson, son of Mrs. Mary Anderson of Brandon, were married today by Rev. H. R. Jacobson, of the Swedona church near Brandon.
A two-piece soldier blue suit was worn by the bride with black accessories and her wedding bouquet was of gardenias and sweetheart roses.
Mrs. Grant Carter, sister of the bride, matron of honor, was gowned in a black and white faille suit and in her corsage were sweetheart roses. Ray Knudtson, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, was the best man.
Mrs. Bailey wore a black outfit and roses in her corsage.
After a wedding trip to Buffalo, N. Y., Mr. and Mrs. Bailey will make their home in Brandon.

BRANDON, S.D.—Services for Mrs. Conrad Anderson, 69, who died unexpectedly at her home Friday, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.
Evelyn Bailey was born June 12, 1908, near Flandreau. She married Conrad Anderson in Sioux Falls in 1936. The couple moved to Brandon after their marriage and lived there to the present.
Survivors include the widower and one sister, Mrs. Eric Banfield, Sioux Falls.
Committal service will be at Swedona Covenant Cemetery, rural Renner.

BRANDON, S.D. — Conrad Anderson, 85, died Thursday at Sioux Valley Hospital.
He was born April 2, 1896, in Brandon and was a lifetime resident here. He married Evelyn Baily in 1936, she died in 1976, and he married Jeanette Wallenberg Jan. 6, 1979. She died in 1980. He had worked for the Milwaukee Railroad, did custom bailing, and was a painter.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. All (Ferne) Lenz, Little Rock, Ark., three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Sioux Falls, with burial at Swedona Covenant Cemetery, rural Brandon.
