Amos T. Black

Amos T. Black, 76 years old, 123 East Main street, New Paris, died Tuesday morning. A retired carpenter and cement contractor, he was a member of the Masonic lodge.

Survivors include the widow, Mae; a son, Robert of New Paris; a sister, Mrs. Leona Fuller of Richmond; a brother, Jess of Warsaw, Ind.; and a half sister, Mrs. Marie Close of Cambridge City, Ind.

Services for Mr. Black will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Kessler funeral home with Rev. Glace Riegel officiating. A Masonic memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Spring Lawn cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
