Anna L. Boyer
Miss Anna L. Boyer, 84, daughter of the late George H. and Kathryn Rebecca Stambaugh Boyer, died Friday at 9:30 p.m. at the Homewood Church Home, York Street, where she had been a guest for 10 years. Miss Boyer was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, its Sunday school and the Mite Society. Surviving are five sisters and brothers: Mrs. Joseph Gibbons, Hanover R.D. 2; Mrs. Edward B. Miller and Mrs. Margie Sullivan, both of 859 Broadway; George S. Boyer, 1120 Broadway, and Luther Boyer, 22 West Hanover Street. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Wetzel funeral home, 549 Carlisle Street. Officiating will be the Rev. Carroll C. Luckenbaugh, her pastor, and the Rev. Dr. Howard E. Sheely, pastor emeritus. Burial will be in the York Road Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening.
