George D. Searle, York, and Miss Margie E. Boyer, Hanover, were married Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. Walter J. Hogue, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, York. The ring ceremony was performed in the manse, 7 North Queen street. The bridegroom is a veteran of the World war and a member of teh York American legion post. Mr. and Mrs. Searle will reside in Hanover.

Stricken with a heart attack while at work this morning, Charles Edward Sullivan, 958 Broadway, died suddenly at 8.05 o'clock while seated in an automobile in front of the office of Dr. Edward W. Stick, Broadway, where he had been taken for medical attention. He was aged 50 years.
Mr. Sullivan, who was employed as a loom weaver in the plant of the Keystone Wire Cloth Company, had complained of feeling ill before going to his place of employment this morning. Becoming worse while at work he was removed from the plant at 7.50 a. m. and was taken by auto to the physician's office by Warren Runkle, assistant foreman, and Chester Crook. The physician was summoned to the machine and rendered treatment, but a few minutes later Mr. Sullivan slumped in the seat and was pronounced dead. County Coronoer L. U. Zech was summoned and issued the death certificate, attributing the cause to angina pectoris.
Mr. Sullivan was a son of the late Charles and Emma Baughman Sullivan, and was born March 10, 1888. He was twice married. His first wife, who before marriage was Carrie Markle, was struck by an automobile and killed in front of her home on Broadway about eight years ago. Surviving are his second wife, who before marriage was Margie Boyer; one son by his first marriage, Harold Sullivan, at home; a step-son, William Searle, at home, and five half-brothers, Edward Sullivan and David Sullivan, York; John Sullivan, Hanover; Daniel Sullivan, Black Rock, and Noah Sullivan, Hershey.
Mr. Sullivan was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran church. He was also affiliated with Defiance Commandery, No. 380, Knights of Malta, and Constantine Castle, No. 142, Ancient Order Knights of the Mystic Chain, Hanover.

HANOVER — Margie B. Sullivan, 100, formerly of 859 Broadway, Hanover, died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Hanover Hall. She was the wife of the late Charles Sullivan.
A graveside memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. There will be no viewing. The Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Sullivan was born Oct. 28, 1893, in Hanover. She was the daughter of the late Goerge and Kate (Stambaugh) Boyer.
She was a Hanover Shoe Co. retiree, where she had been employed for many years. She was a lifetime member of Trinity United Church of Christ.
Mrs. Sullivan is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, William B. Searle.
Officiating at the service will be Ivan Berwager.
