Thursday evening at 7:30 o'clock, Miss Lou Irvin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl H. Irvin, of E. Third st., became the bride of DeWitt Richard Brehm of Boston, Mass., son of Harry Brehm of Dayton.

The wedding took place at the home of the bride's parents and members of the immediate family were present. Palms, ferns and baskets of poinsettias, with tall cathedral candles formed the setting for the ceremony.

Rev. Daniel Myers, who 30 years ago united the bride's parents in marriage, officiated at the service.

Miss Dorothy Bruck played "The Sweetest Story Ever Told," and "At Dawning," preceding the service, and followed with the wedding march.

Miss Martha Irvin attended her sister, wearing a frock of gold satin fashioned ankle length with satin slippers of matching shade. She carried an arm bouquet of yellow rosebuds.

The bride wore a gown of turquoise blue satin designed along princess lines, falling in graceful folds to the floor. Her satin slippers matched the gown and she carried an arm bouquet of Johanna Hill roses.

Mr. Brehm is associated with the Monarch Marking System Co., of Boston, Mass., where the couple will make their home.
