She married SAMUEL THEODORE HEINTZELMAN on August 21, 1902 in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.2985 He was born July 30, 1881 in Snyder County, Pennsylvania,456 and died January 17, 1968 in Sunbury, Northumberland, Pennsylvania.456 He is buried in Orchard Hills Cemetery, Shamokin Dam, Snyder, Pennsylvania.456

Mrs. Heintzelman, Sunbury Resident, Married 66 Years

Mrs. Luella M. Heintzelman, 92, of 610 North Fifth Street, Sunbury, died at 6 o'clock this morning in the Blue Hill Nursing Home, Selinsgrove R.D. She was in failing health the past two years and had been a guest at the home since failing. Her death was due to complications.

A native of Dillsburg, Cumberland County, she was born, March 22, 1874, a daughter of the late J. Richard and Susan Stambaugh Dagnell. She lived in Sunbury most of her life and was a member of the Albright Evangelical United Brethren Church.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel T. Heintzelman, at home. Her death ends a marital union of 66 years. Also surviving is a son, Myrl, Jacksonville, Florida.

A daughter, Mrs. Helen Underkoffler, preceded her in death in 1926. In addition to her husband and son she is survived by three grandchildren, Madalyn, wife of Joseph Janson, Milton, who was raised by her grandmother after the death of her mother; Edward Heintzelman, New York, stationed with the U.S. Air Force in Thailand and Miss Jeanne Heintzelman of Florida, five great-grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Bessie Mackert, Shamokin Dam, two half brothers, Randall Dagnell and Russell Dagnell, both of Carlisle and four half sisters, Mrs. Margaret Dought, California, Miss Esther Dagnell, Spring City and Mrs. Florence Brightbill and Miss Ida Dagnell, both of Harrisburg.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Dornsife and Zweier funeral home, Sunbury. Rev. William H. Moyer, her pastor, will officiate. Interment will be made in the West Side Cemetery, Shamokin Dam.

Friends may call at the Dornsife and Zweier funeral home, Wednesday evening.
