Dart-Stanley Nuptials

Lottie Lee Stanley and Whitman Dart of Rock Island were married yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the home of Dr. F. D. DeGroot in Rock Island. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. H. Burdick of Prophetstown, formerly of Moline, and at that time pastor of the church of which the bride was a member.

The guests numbered a score, all relatives or immediate friends of the contracting parties. The party entered to the strains of the wedding march and during the ceremony "Traumrel" was softly played, probably indicating the lonesomeness of the home circle wen the bride is missing from its midst.

The attendants were Roy Martin of Chicago and Miss Mabel Shriver of Rock Island. The bride's gown was of white foulard, with real lace yoke, and she carried Bride roses. Miss Shriver's gown was of pink and white Dresden silk and she carried pink roses.

The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Sarah Stanley of South Rock Island, and formerly of Moline.

Mr. Dart is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Stuart J. Dart of Elm street, South Rock Island, and is employed as an architect in Kansas City where he and his bride will make their home. He is a graduate of the Rock Island high school, and fitted himself for his profession at the University of Illinois.

Mr. and Mrs. Dart departed last night for Kansas City 'mid a shower of rice, and in a couple of weeks will be at home there to friends.
