Dillon-Williston.

Miss Dorothy Louise Williston, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter A. Williston of Torrington, was married to Mr. Richard James Dillon of Webster Street Monday morning in the rectory of St. Augustine's Church.

The bride wore a semi-tailored dress of Chalet blue crepe fashioned with elbow-length puffed sleeves and a shirred bodice, a poke-shaped hat of matching blue and a corsage of gardenias. Miss Harriet Williston, sister of the bride, and her only attendant, wore a dubonnet crepe dress with felt hat to match, and a corsage of tea roses.

Mr. Laurence B. Geoghegan was best man for Mr. Dillon.

After a motor trip to Atlantic City and Cape Cod, Mr. and Mrs. Dillon will reside on South Marshall Street.

The bride is a graduate of Miss Twitchell's school in Springfield and teaches kindergarten at the Edward Morley School in West Hartford. Mr. Dillon is president of the Dillon Mailing Bureau in Hartford and is secretary of the Hartford Kiwanis Club.

MRS. RICHARD J. DILLON

Mrs. Dorothy Williston Dillon of 1916 Asylum Ave., West Hartford, wife of Richard J. Dillon, died at her home Tuesday. She was born in Torrington, a daughter of the late Walter A. and Dorothy Burke Williston. She was formerly a teacher at Morley School in West Hartford, a member of the Mothers' Club of St. Thomas the Apostle School and a member of the Sarah Whitman Hooker Chapter, DAR. Besides her husband she leaves two sons, Richard W. Dillon and T. Davis Dillon, both of West Hartford; a sister, Miss Harriet Williston of Hartford; a brother, Robert M. Williston of Torrington, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:15 a.m. at the Dillon Funeral Home, 53 Main St. with a Solemn Requiem Mass in St. Thomas the Apostle Church West Hartford, at 10. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
