The marriage of F. Willard Ewing, a former resident of Springfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Ewing and Miss Myra S. Stanley, took place Monday noon at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Stanley, in Conneaut, O. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. N. Robertson, pastor of the First Methodist church of that city and the double ring ceremony was used.

Attired in a modish ensemble suit of sage green color, with a sand color trim and with hat, gloves, slippers and hose to match, they bride made a charming picture. She carried a dainty handkerchief that had served four brides in the family.

Immediately after the wedding ceremony a buffet luncheon was served. After the wedding luncheon Mr. and Mrs. Ewing left on a motor trip through the east and Canada. They expect to be at home to their friends about July 1, at 2331 S. Fiftythird av., Chicago, Ill.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Ewing are widely known in Conneaut and a host of friends wish them all the happiness in their wedded life. Mrs. Ewing is a graduate of Conneaut High school in the class of 1915 and is also a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in the class of 1920. SHe was an instructress in the Conneaut High school for three years where she was a popular teacher and was held in high esteem by her pupils. For the past two years she has been engaged as a teacher in the Willoughby High school, Willoughby, O. Mr. Ewing is a graduate of Springfield High school in the class of 1914 and is of Ohio Wesleyan University in the class of 1918. For one year he was a chemistry instructor in Conneaut High school and gained the respect of the entire student body while in that institution. Mrs. Ewing was very popular in Conneaut musical circles, possessing a very rare and beautiful voice. Mr. Ewing was interested in boys' work while here and was very popular with the boys under his attention.

At the present time Mr. Ewing is connected with the Western Electric company at Chicago, Ill., with which company he holds a responsible position.
