She was born July 27, 1861 in Liberty, Union, Indiana,⁶¹⁹ and died March 26, 1946 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio.⁶¹⁹ She is buried in West Point Cemetery, Liberty, Union, Indiana.⁶¹⁹

Mrs. Freeman Dies Tuesday

Last Rites Will Be Conducted Friday

Mrs. Minnie Pierce Freeman, 84, a native of Union county died Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Miller, in Cleveland, where she had been residing. Mrs. Freeman recently suffered a stroke.

With the exception of residing in Muncie about 30 years and her residence in Cleveland, Mrs. Freeman had always lived in Union county. She and her husband went to Cleveland for residence with their daughter about nine years ago, Mr. Freeman preceding his wife in death by a few years.

A member of the Women's Relief Corps, Mrs. Freeman is survived by her daughter Mrs. Miller; a son, Warren Freeman of Indianapolis; a sister and brother, Mrs. Georgia McClung and Wesley Pierce, both of Muncie; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Friday in the Fosdick Funeral home with the Rev. Olin E. Parrett officiating. Burial will be in West Point cemetery.

Mrs. Freeman's body will arrive in Liberty Thursday afternoon and friends may call at the Fosdick Funeral home Thursday night.
