CHARLES T. GROSSHART

FORMERLY OF CREIGHTON

Charles T. Grosshart, 83, Harrisonville, died Saturday, Oct. 6, in Harrisonville Memorial Hospital.

Until his retirement Mr. Grosshart, a lifelong Cass Countian, owned and operated a general store in Creighton.

He was a member of the Christian Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge more than 50 years.

He leaves his wife, Era, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Jesse Schindler, Harrisonville and Mrs. Clifford Bennett, Kansas City.

Funeral services were held at 2 :00 p.m., Monday, Oct. 8, at the Christian Church, Harrisonville, with burial there in Orient Cemetery.

Mrs. Era G. Grosshart, 87, Harrisonville in Cass County, died Friday. She was a Cass County lifelong resident. She and her husband owned a general store in Creighton, Mo., until they retired 30 years ago. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Reba Schindler, Harrisonville, and Mrs. Mina Bennett, 417 E. 70th; a sister, Mrs. Altha Elliott, Garden City, Mo.; one grandson and two great-grandsons. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Christian Church in Harrisonville; burial in Orient Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at the Runnenburger Chapel, Harrisonville.
