LUCIEL MORGAN MARRIES OWEN CYRIL HAMMOND

An interesting wedding of the week was that of Miss Luciel Morgan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Morgan of Boise, Idaho, and Owen Cyril Hammond of Ogden which took place on Wednesday evening at six o'clock in the apartment of Dr. and Mrs. Ezra C. Rich at the Ben Lomond Hotel with Dr. Rich performing the ceremony in the presence of Dr. and Mrs. Clark L. Rich and Mr. and Mrs. Con T. Quinney.

The pretty blonde bride was charming in a going away suit of navy blue crepe with white pique trimmings, and small hat of blue. She wore a corsage of gardenias.

Following the ceremony Dr. and Mrs. Clark L. Rich entertained at a buffet supper in honor of the newly wedded couple at their home in Swaner Place. The serving table was lovely with yellow daffodils and white freesias and ivory tapers burned in silver holders. Twenty close friends of Mr. and Mrs. Hammond were included in the party.

The bride attended the Brigham Young university and was graduated at the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Hammond is assistant vice president of the First Security bank of Ogden and is a graduate of the Agricultural college at Logan.

Both Mr. Hammond and his bride are popular members of the society set here and will be welcomed home in two weeks when they return from a motor trip in California to reside in the Elmhurst apartments.

They left immediately after the wedding supper for the coast.
