Services for Charles R. Huston, 63, of 715 22nd St., Moline will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Esterdahl Chapel, Moline. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Estates, Moline.
Friends may call at the chapel after 3 p.m. Wednesday
Mr. Huston died Monday in Hamilton, Ohio.
Born in Moline, Mr. Huston married Veta Miller in Fenton, Ill. He was a crane operator for International Harvester Co., Moline.
Surviving are his wife, his mother, Mrs. Annie Huston, Cedar Rapids; a son, Kennard, East Moline; four daughters, Mrs. Natalie Jean Bizarri, Coal Valley; Mrs. Vivian Grove, Sherrard, Ill.; Mrs. Marjorie Schnepf, Prophetstown, Ill.' Mrs. Mary Liston, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister.
Two sisters and a brother preceded him in death.

Velta E. Huston, 86, of 1062 50th Ave., East Moline, formerly of Sherrard, died today in the Pathway Hospice unit at Moline Lutheran Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Moline, with the Rev. Thomas Bailey, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Estate Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Memorials may be made to the above church of which she was a member, or the hospice unit.
The former Velta Miller was born Oct. 14, 1899, in Hamilton, Ohio. She was married to Charles Huston on July 29, 1918, in Erie. He died in 1962.
She was a member of the Missionary Circle of the above church and the Rock Island County Home Extension Bureau and was a former member of the Illinois Reserve Militia Auxiliary.
Surviving are four daughters, Vivian Groves of Sherrard, Marjorie Schnepf of East Moline, Natalie Bizarri of Coal Valley and Mary Liston of Austin, Texas; a son, Kennard Huston of East Moline; 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, five stepgreat-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
