RETIRED MOLINE ELECTRICIAN DIES

Clarence Huston, Former Contractor Succumbs at 60 to Heart Ailment

E. Clarence Huston, 60 years old, resident of Moline since 1905 and an electrical contractor in the city for a number of years, died at 6:45 this morning in his home at 2224 Fifth avenue. He suffered a heart attack yesterday.

Mr. Huston was associated with the old Tor-City Electric company for a number of years and then entered the electrical contracting business for himself. He retired about seven years ago.

He was born in Orion on Sept. 27, 1880, and married Bessie Mary Whiteline Nov. 22, 1905, in Rock Island. He was a member of Doric lodge of Masons and of the Eastern Star in Moline and was a member of the Orion Baptist church.

Surviving are the widow, and three brothers, William and George of Orion and Edward of Anita, Ia. Two sisters, Mrs. J. D. Stiers of Cambridge and Mrs. S. E. Naugle of LaPorte City, Ia., preceded him in death.

The body was removed to Knox funeral home, Moline.
