ANITA SYLVESTER WED TO J. W. LAMPE

Glen Rock Girl Is Married At Parents' Home

Miss Anita Johnson Sylvester, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Stull Sylvester of 2 Bradford Street, Glen Rock, was married yesterday afternoon at the home of her parents, to John Wesley Lampe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Lampe of 81 Wilson Street, Glen Rock. The Rev. Victor W. Simons, pastor of the Glen Rock Community Church, performed the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her maid of honor and only attendant was her sister, Miss Barbara E. Sylvester. Alfred E. Lampe was best man for his brother.

A wedding supper for members of the immediate family was held following the ceremony, which took place at 5 o'clock.

Mrs. John W. Lampe

Anita S. Lampe, wife of John W. Lampe of 67 Rock Rd., Glen Rock, died on Thursday evening. Private services were conducted on Saturday morning at the C. C. Van Emburgh Mortuary, Ridgewood, by Mrs. Alyace W. Stanley, a former second reader of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Ridgewood. Interment was in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.

Mrs. Lampe was born in Milwaukee, Wis., in 1910, and had been a resident of Glen Rock for the past 33 years.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Bruce, a student at Lehigh University, and Craig, 11; a daughter, Allyson, 9; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Sylvester of Glen Rock; a sister Barbara (Mrs. Marinus) Vanden Bosch of Ridgewood, and a brother, George Sylvester of Rio de Janeiro.
