He married BARBARA ELIZABETH SYLVESTER on July 5, 1941 in Glen Rock, Bergen, New Jersey,⁹⁷¹⁹ daughter of ALICE JOSEPHINE ZINNS and EDWIN STULL SYLVESTER. She was born August 20, 1919,⁵⁶ and died January 25, 2008.⁵⁶

Vanden Bosch-Sylvester

At a home ceremony Saturday afternoon Miss Barbara Elizabeth Sylvester, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Stull Sylvester of Bradford street, was married to Marinus Vanden Bosch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Vanden Bosch, also of Glen Rock. The Rev. Victor W. Simons, pastor of the Community Church, officiated.

Mrs. John W. Lampe of Hawthorne, sister of the bride, was her only attendant, and Mr. Lampe served the groom as best man.

Following their wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Vanden Bosch will make their home at Forest Hills, Long Island.
