MRS. NIOTIE B. MACINTIRE.

Mrs. Niotie Belle MacIntire, 69 years old, wife of Charles T. MacIntire, bailiff in Municipal court, No. 4, died yesterday at her home, 3130 Bellefontaine street, following a long illness. Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning at the Flanner & Buchanan mortuary. Burial will be in Crown Hill cemetery.

Mrs. MacIntire was born Jan. 31, 1858, in Richmond, Ind., the daughter of John W. and Fannie H. Johnson. She had lived in Indianapolis ever since she was five years old. She had been awarded a life membership in the First Friends Church of Indianapolis and was active in church and Sunday school services. She had been in ill health about three years.

Besides the husband, she is survived by a son, Charles L. MacIntire of Chicago; a daughter, Miss Margaret MacIntire of Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs. George Hix of Indianapolis; a stepson, Ben. C. MacIntire of Detroit, Mich., and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Raymond Ridgley of Indianapolis.
