SCHOOL GIRL GETS MARRIED

Romantic Wedding Takes Place at Marshall, Mo.

Special to the Kansas City Times.

Marshall, Mo., Sept. 12.—A marriage in high life occurred here last night under rather romantic circumstances. Miss Nellie Sparks, daughter of Marion Sparks, started to take the train to St. Louis in order to attend school. She met her lover, Newman Newell, who had procured a marriage license. They were married by Rev. Huggins. They then went to the bride's home and explained matters. Her parents were greatly surprised and shocked, but forgave them.
