Mr. and Mrs. O. G. Norwood, of Wanekah announce the engagement of their daughter Dorothy Pauline to Pfc. E. Brown Mills, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Mills of Little Falls, N. Y. Miss Norwood attended Moravian College for Women and Pvt. Mills is an alumnus of Cornell University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Pvt. Mills is stationed with the U. S. Army Engineers at the University of Arizona, Tucson, Ariz.

A very pretty wedding was solemnized by Rev. William T. Brown in the Presbyterian Church, Hamburg, N. Y., on Saturday evening, July 22nd when Dorothy Pauline Norwood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. G. Norwood of Wanakah, became the bride of Pfc. Enos Brown Mills, son of Mr. Harvey Mills of Little Falls, N. Y.
Mr. Sidney Brown, organist, played traditional music and an arrangement of Cornell and Moravian College music.
The bride was given away by her father, Mr. Oscar G. Norwood. Mr. Harvey Mills, father of the groom, was best man.
Mrs. John H. Norwood, matron of honor, Miss Jean McGowan, bridesmaid, and Miss Carol MacDonald was flower girl. Ushers were, Mr. William Wing and Mr. Robert Simpson of Little Falls.
The bride wore white marquisette trimmed with lace ruffles and carried the traditional red roses of the Army bride. The matron of honor wore daffodil yellow, the bridesmaid sea foam green, and both carried talisan roses. The flower girls wore peach and green and carried a basket of roses.
A reception was held in the garden at the home of the brides parents. Out-of-town guests were Lt. John H. Norwod, U.S.N. of Annapolis, Md., Mrs. Harvey Mills and Miss Mills, Mrs. Enos Brown, Mrs. Howard Brown and Miss Jean Hamilton.
The bride and groom are honeymooning on the Lake Shore, and after a trip to Little Falls will go Camp Bowie, Texas where the groom is stationed in the Armored Division.

Miss Dorothy Norwood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. G. Norwood of 92 Union Street, has been selecteed to appear in the cast of 300 students who will resent a historical pageant during the Bi-Centennial Celebration of Moravian Seminary and College for Women, the first girls boarding school in the original thirteen colonies, it was announced recently.
Miss Norwood, who is a freshman in the secretarial department, is a member of the Fair Secs club, a group of secretarial students.

OLD FORGE — E. Brown Mills, 63, of Old Forge, formerly of Little Falls, on June 23, 1986.
Mr. Mills was born in Little Falls November 9, 1922, son of Harvey and Iva Brown Mills. He was educated in the local schools, attended the Choate School in Conn. and also attended Cornell University. In 1944, in Hamburg, NY, he married the former Dorothy Norwood. Mr. Mills owned and operated with his wife, the Foxmoor Motel in Old Forge. Prior to moving to Old Forge, he owned and operated the Brown Brothers Coal & Oil Company in Little Falls. He was a veteran of WW II, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a member and elder of Niccoll's Memorial Church, Old Forge, and a member of Little Falls Lodge #181 F & AM.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, William of Little Falls, Harvey, of San Francisco, CA, and Guy, of Delanson, NY. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Park, of Old Forge; one sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Augusta) Benjamin, of Greensboro, NC; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10 o'clock in Niccoll's Memorial Church, Old Forge, with the Rev. James L. Ulrich officiating. A burial service will be offered at 2 o'clock in the First Presbyterian Church, Little Falls, with the Rev. Judith Westerhof and Rev. Ulrich officiating. Burial will be in Church St. cemetery, Little Falls. Calling hours at The Eldridge-Groves Funeral Home, Old Forge, Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9.
