Wedded less than a year, James T. Ford, of Cincinnati, has secured a divorce from his wife who was formerly well known in this city as Miss Margaret Sayre, the daughter of Mrs. W. A. Sayre, of Woolsey.
The following clipping from the Cincinnati Enquire will be read with interest here:
"Announcement was made yesterday of the granting of a divorce to James T. Ford from Helen Margaret Ford, by Judge Youngblut, of Newport, on December 23. Ford is connected with the Bourbon Brass and Copper Works, of this city. He met Mrs. Ford, who was then Miss Margaret Sayre of Asheville, N. C., while traveling through the south for his firm. They were married on February 28, 1911, and came to Ft. Thomas to live. Mrs. Ford, who was prominent in social life in Asheville, found life in this vicinity unpleasant and several months ago returned home. On November 20 Ford filed suit for divorce on the grounds of neglect, and the matter was hushed up at the time. Finding it would be better to have his friends know of the divorce, Mr. Ford himself announced the granting of the divorce yesterday."
