Spencer-Dr. George W., died May 1, 1915, at his residence, 2196 E. 100th st., after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at the Euclid Avenue Christian church, Euclid ave. and E. 100th st., at 2 p. m., eastern time, Monday. Burial at Knollwood cemetery.

DR. G. W. SPENCER DIES

Practiced Medicine in City for Thirty-Two Years.

Dr. George W. Spencer, 64, widely known Cleveland physician, died yesterday after an illness of three days at his home, 2106 E. 100th-st. He had practiced medicine in Cleveland for thirty-two years.

Dr. Spencer was born at Shalersville, O., Dec. 8, 1851. He attended Hiram college for a number of years and was graduated from the University of Michigan in 1878. Later he taught in the old Cleveland Homeopathic college.

A widow, three sons and a daughter survive. The sons are Harry, 461 Arbor-rd N. E.; Stanley, 10629 Elgin-av N. E., and George, jr., 2196 E. 100th-st. The daughter is Mrs. Myrtle Spencer Lee of Hudson, O.
