Lura K. Stambaugh

Lura K. Stambaugh, 73, died last night at the home of her nephew and niece, Mr. and Mrs. Philip Wise, Craighead, following a ten-day illness.

Miss Stambaugh, a former resident of Carlisle, was a daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah Plank Stambaugh. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Boiling Springs, and was secretary of the Ever Faithful Bible Class. She also was a member of General Todd Council, Daughters of Liberty, and the P. O. of A.

She is survived by three nieces and a nephew.

Services will be held at 10:30 o'clock Thursday in the J. R. Shulenberger Funeral Home, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call wednesday night at the funeral home.
