CONVERSE WOMAN DIES

Services for Mrs. Stambaugh to be Held Wednesday

Converse, Ind., Mrs. Myrtle Stambaugh, 51, widow of Otto Stambaugh, died at one o'clock Sunday morning at her home in Converse. She had been in ill health for several months.

Surviving besides the husband are two sons and two daughters, Ira, Lawrence and Dorothy Stambaugh and Mrs. Ruth Amos, all of Converse.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the home, with the Rev. Russell Grubbs, pastor of the Christian church, in charge. Burial will follow in the Converse cemetery.

Peru — Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Stambaugh, wife of Otto Stambaugh, will be conducted from the residence in East Converse, Wednesday afternoon at 1:20 o'clock, (CST), with the Rev. Russell Grubb, pastor of the Christian church in Converse, officiating. Interment in the Converse I. O. O. F. cemetery.

Mrs. Stambaugh, 51, died at her home at 3 o'clock Sunday morning.

Survivors are the husband, otto Stambaugh; two daughter, Miss Dorothy Stambaugh and Mrs. Ruth Amos, at home; two sons, Ira and Lwrence, both of Converse; one brother, Grover Poulson of near Marion and one sister, Mrs. Lena Hayes of north of Converse.

Otto Stanbaugh, 73, Expires At Amboy Home

PERU—Otto Stanbaugh, 73, retired Pennsylvania railroad worker, died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Gene Poorman, rural route, Amboy. Zook-Larrison funeral home, Converse, is in charge of rites which are pending.

Survivors are two sons and two daughters: Ira and Lawrence, and Mrs. Ruth Amos of Converse; Mrs. Poorman, of near Amboy; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother and three sisters: Bert, Converse; Mrs. Fern Draper, route 3, Wabash; Mrs. Homer Kaufman, route 5, Wabash; mrs. Frank Allen, Converse.
