BLAIR—Thomas Spencer Blair, 86 years old, died today at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George L. Bliss, 7641 Brooklyn avenue. He had lived in Kansas City for forty-five years. For several years he operated a fruit ranch in California. He also leaves a sister, Mrs. Sarah Covert, Riverside, Calif., and two brothers, Bryson P. Blair, Phoenix, Airz., and Houston Blair, Wakeeney, Kas. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 o'clock Saturday at the Newcomer chapel Brush Creek boulevard and the Paseo.
