JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Feb. 11.—Funeral services for Edgar W. Blair, 81, father of Supreme Court Justice David E. Blair, will be held in the Presbyterian church here tomorrow morning. The body will be taken to Salina, Kansas, for burial.
Judge Blair was called home from the annual Lincoln Day banquet of the association of young republicans of Missouri by the death of his father, which occurred last night. Angina pectoris was the cause of death.
The elder Blair is survived by his wife, three brothers and three sisters, and four sons. The sons are David E., supreme judge of Missouri; William N., and Herbert E., missionaries in Korea, and Summer H. of St. Louis.
Born in Kossuth, Iowa, in 1847, Edgar W. Blair moved to Salina, Kansas, where he practiced the legal profession for a number of years, later moving to Joplin where he continued his law practice. He came to Jefferson City after the election of his son to the supreme bench in 1921.

Mrs. Emma A. Blair, mother of Judge David E. Blair, of the Missouri Supreme Court, died at the home of Judge Blair Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, of infirmaties due to old age.
Mrs. Blair was born in Columbus, Ohio, October 16, 1849. She married Edgar W. Blair January 11, 1872. He died in Jefferson City February 10, 1929. Suriving are four sons, David E.
