Mr. and Mrs. Gus Sawyers gave in marriage their daughter, Miss Ruby Callier, to Mr. C. H. Cole Wednesday morning at their home on North Sycamore street, Rev. L. B. Haskins of the Christian Church officiating. They left on the early train for San Antonio and other places of interest, after which they will be at home at Mrs. Keller's on Houston street.

Carl Henry Cole

KINGSVILLE. — Funeral services for Carl Henry Cole, 78, will be at 4 p.m. tomorrow at Piper Funeral Chapel with the Rev. C. R. Hardy, pastor of the first Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Chamberlain Burial Park. Cole died at 10:20 a.m. yesterday at his home after a long illness. He was a traveling salesman.

Cole came to Kingsville in 1920. He formerly worked as a dispatcher for the Missouri Pacific Railroad.

Survivors are his wife, Ruby; a daughter, Mrs. F. E. Cossett of Kingsville; three sons, Carl Henry Cole Jr. of Houston, Kenneth Cole of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Jack Cole of Dallas; a brother, Harry Cole of Jackson, Miss.; 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
