Memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Gable Funeral Home for Frank H. Englesby, a Portland resident for 59 years, who died Friday in a Portland hospital. He was 80.
Mr. Englesby was an automobile mechanic and retired in 1971 as an employe of Wentworth & Irwin auto firm.
He was a member of the Western Rod and Reel Club and the Portland Casting Club and taught casting at Eastmoreland Park.
He lived at 915 NE 79th Ave.
Mr. Englesby was born in Watertown, S.D., and came to Portland in 1917 to work in the shipyards. He became an auto mechanic after World War I.
Survivors include his wife, Addie, with whom he celebrated a 550th wedding anniversary in 1969; a son, George of Kennewick, Wash.; a daughter, Marjorie Redbird of Anchorage; two sisters, Helen Ditch and Gertrude Spelman, both of South Haven, Mich., and four grandsons.
Private interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Montaville United Methodist Church.

A memorial service for Addie Eleanor Morris will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Gable Funeral Home. Private interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park.
She died of caused related to age Thursday in a Portland care center. Mrs. Morris was 93.
She was born Aug. 31, 1900, in Davis, S.D. She moved to Oregon in 1917 and married Frank Englesby on Dec. 20, 1919. Mrs. Morris was a homemaker. She had worked for the Office of Price Control during World War II and was a member of the Montavilla United Methodist Church. Her husband died in 1976.
Survivors include her son, George Englesby of Kennewick, Wash.; daughter, Marjorie Redbird of Portland; four grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to a favorite charity.
