Mrs. Clara Everett North Randal, former resident of Bellingham and sister of Mrs. Pliny T. Snyder of this city, died Thursday morning at her home in Burton, Vashon Island, after a lingering illness. She was 77.

She is survived by two other sisters, Mrs. Pearl C. Pickett of Stewartsville, Mo., and Mrs. Iva C. Deering of Marysville.
