Mrs. Annie E. Everett, a resident of Bellingham and Whatcom county for thirty-five years, died this afternoon at the family home, 2106 Lakeway Drive, after an illness of three weeks. She was 79 years of age.
Mrs. Everett, who was a member of the First Baptist church and the local W. C. T. U., is survived, aside from her husband, J. H. Everett, by five daughters and one son, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The daughters are Mrs. Pearl C. Pickett and Mrs. Ollie F. Pickett, both of Stewartsville, Mrs. Clara B. Randall, Seattle; Mrs. Ethel E. Munn, Bellingham; Mrs. Ivah C. Deering, San Diego, and the son is J. R. Everett, of Okanogan, Wash. A sister, Mrs. B. W. Everett, of Custer, also survives.
Funeral announcements will be made by the Harlow-Hollingsworth parlors after work is received from relatives.

Another Whatcom county pioneer passed on early Saturday when James Henry Everett died suddenly at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ethel E. Munn, 2100 Lake street. He was 84 years of age and had lived in the county forty-two years. He was a farmer and dairyman until he moved to Bellingham twenty-two years ago.
Mr. Everett was a member of the First Baptist church and for several years was one of its active deacons.
Relative surviving him aside from Mrs. Munn are one son, J. R. Everett, Okanogan; four daughters, Pearl C. Pickett, Ollie F. Pickett, Stewartsville, Mo.; Clara B. Randall, Seattle, and Ivah C. Deering, Cincinnati; one sister, Mrs. Belle Berryman, Plattsburg, Mo.; one half-sister, three half-brothers, one step-brother and one step-sister, all living in the Middle West; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
