North Page (Special) — Something of a surprise to their many friends was the double wedding ceremony performed by Rev. Kearton at the Methodist parsonage in Yankton, S. Dak., on Aug. 16 when Fred Wagaman and Mrs. Amy Anderson, both of Clarinda and Donald H. Fisher and Miss Wylma Higgins, both of Villisca, Ia. were married.

Fred Wagaman was the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Wagaman of Cresont and his bride was the daughter of Harry McElroy of Clarinda, Ia.

Miss Wylma Higgins is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Higgins of Villisca. Donald H. Fisher is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred L. Fisher, southwest of Villisca.

The couples had a wedding trip through the Black Hills and visited relatives in western Nebraska before returning home Tuesday. The Wagaman's will live southeast of Clarinda and the Fisher's near Villisca.

Services Held For Donald Fisher

Funeral services were held last Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Villisca for Donald Fisher, 73, of Route 1, Villisca. He died May 20, 1986 at Montgomery County Hospital in Red Oak, following a lengthy illness.

Burial was in North Page Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma; two sons; two daughters; a brother and several sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mabel (Houston) Fisher.

Memorials may be sent to the family.

Sutphen Funeral Home at Villisca was in charge of arrangements.
